What format do sticker files come in?
All stickers are exported as PNG with a transparent background. This is the standard format supported by WhatsApp, Telegram, iMessage and most messaging platforms. Some platforms require you to use their official sticker-pack creator apps to import them, but the PNG file this tool generates is the core asset you need.
What size should my sticker be?
For messaging apps like WhatsApp and Telegram, 512×512 pixels is the standard size. For print-on-demand services, 800×800 or 1024×1024 gives enough detail. We offer all common sizes in the dropdown menu.
Can I remove the background automatically?
This tool focuses on shape masking and border effects. For automatic background removal, use our dedicated Background Remover tool first, then import the transparent PNG into the Sticker Maker for the best results.
Why do some shapes look slightly different on certain images?
The shape masks are applied based on the bounding box of your image. Portrait-orientation images may show more padding on the sides in circle or square shapes. Use the Padding slider to fine-tune how much of your original image fills the sticker shape.
