Sending a folder of photos or a stack of JPG files is messy and unprofessional. Combining them into a single, clean PDF takes less than a minute and makes a much better impression โ whether you're submitting documents to a government office, sharing project photos with a client, or sending scanned papers to a colleague.
Step 1: Organise Your Images First
Before converting, sort your images in the order you want them to appear in the final PDF. Name them numerically (01, 02, 03โฆ) so they upload in the correct order. This saves time compared to reordering after upload.
Step 2: Combine Images into PDF Using GPTPayer
Go to the JPG to PDF tool. No login needed.
Click "Browse" or drag and drop all your images at once. You can upload JPG, PNG, or other image formats.
Reorder the images by drag-and-drop if needed.
Choose your page size (A4 for most uses) and whether you want the image to fill the page or have margins.
Click Convert to PDF and download your combined file.
After downloading your PDF, if it is over 10MB, run it through our Compress PDF tool before emailing. Most email providers limit attachments to 25MB, but smaller is always better for recipients on mobile.
Step 3: Write a Professional Email
Once your PDF is ready, here is a simple, professional email template:
Subject: Documents Attached โ [Your Name / Reference Number]
Hi [Name],
Please find the requested documents attached as a single PDF file for your convenience.
Let me know if you need anything further.
Kind regards,
[Your Name]
What If Your Images Are Not JPG?
You can also use these tools depending on your image format:
- PNG to PDF โ For screenshots and transparent images
- WEBP to JPG โ Convert downloaded web images before combining
- HEIC to JPG โ Convert iPhone photos to JPG first
Tips for a Polished Final PDF
- Consistent orientation (all portrait or all landscape) looks much more professional.
- Use A4 page size โ it works everywhere in the world.
- Add a short margin (5โ10mm) so nothing gets clipped when printed.
- Name the PDF file clearly: ProjectDocuments_YourName_2026.pdf rather than scan001.pdf.
