Correct. All our tools process files entirely inside your browser using JavaScript. No data is ever sent to our servers. We technically could not access your files even if we wanted to.
Our tools require a modern browser with JavaScript enabled. They work best on Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari (updated in the last two years). Very old browsers may not support the required JavaScript APIs. If you are having issues, try opening the page in a different browser.

We display minimal, non-intrusive display advertising on our pages. We do not sell user data (we do not collect any), we do not have premium tiers, and we do not add watermarks. Advertising revenue covers our hosting and development costs.
Yes. The tools are free for personal and commercial use. There are no restrictions on the type of files you process or what you do with the output โ as long as you comply with our Terms of Service and applicable law.
For image-to-PDF, output quality depends on source image quality. If blurry, the original image was low resolution. For Word-to-PDF, some complex formatting may not convert perfectly โ our tool handles standard formatting well but may have limitations with advanced Word features like custom styles or embedded objects.
No hard limit exists โ practical limits depend on your device memory. Most phones and computers handle batches of 20โ50 images without issues. For very large batches (100+ images), split into smaller groups for best performance.
Yes โ once the page has fully loaded, the tools continue working even if your connection drops. All processing is local to your browser. No internet connection is needed after initial page load, making GPTPayer.online useful even in low-connectivity environments.
The interface is currently in English, but the tools work with files in any language โ Hindi, Arabic, Chinese, and any other script convert correctly because we process file data, not language content. We plan to add localized interfaces in future updates based on user demand.
We aim to respond to all messages within 24โ48 hours on weekdays. Bug reports that affect core tool functionality are treated as high priority and typically addressed within 72 hours. Feature requests are reviewed and added to our development backlog โ we send a confirmation when a requested feature ships.
We do not respond to spam, automated messages, or requests that violate our Terms of Service. For partnership and advertising inquiries, please provide specific details about your organization and proposal โ vague inquiries may not receive a response.
