Which ideal weight formula is most accurate?

For practical health goals, the healthy BMI weight range (18.5โ€“24.9) is generally more useful than any single ideal weight number.
What is Prime BMI?
Prime BMI is the ratio of your actual BMI to the upper boundary of the normal range (24.9). A Prime BMI of 1.0 means you're at the upper end of normal. Below 1.0 is normal/underweight, above 1.0 is overweight/obese.
