Getting started as a SuperTools affiliate is simple:

Commissions are calculated based on qualifying referrals. A qualifying referral is defined as a user who clicks your affiliate link and completes a qualifying action within the 90-day cookie window.

• Standard Commission: Up to 30% on qualifying referrals
• Bonus Tiers: Higher commission rates available for top-performing affiliates
• Minimum Payout: $50 USD before monthly payment is processed
• Payment Methods: PayPal or bank transfer (details provided upon approval)

All affiliates must clearly disclose their affiliate relationship with SuperTools in compliance with FTC guidelines and applicable advertising regulations. This means:

• Clearly labeling affiliate links with text such as "affiliate link", "sponsored", or "I earn a commission"
• Including a disclosure statement in any content that contains affiliate links
• Not misrepresenting SuperTools products, features, or pricing
• Not making false or misleading claims about our platform

Failure to disclose properly may result in immediate termination of your affiliate account.

The following promotional methods are strictly prohibited:

• Spam emails, unsolicited messages, or bulk messaging campaigns
• Bidding on our branded keywords in paid search (e.g., "SuperTools", "gptpayer")
• Creating fake reviews, false testimonials, or misleading comparisons
• Using our trademarks or logos without prior written approval
• Cookie stuffing, click fraud, or any form of artificial traffic generation
• Promoting on platforms that violate our Terms of Service
• Targeting audiences primarily composed of minors

Affiliates may use SuperTools' name, logo, and approved marketing materials only for the purpose of promoting the affiliate program and within the guidelines provided. You may not:

• Create derivative works from our platform or marketing materials without permission

Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately and without notice for:

• Fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• Failure to comply with disclosure requirements
• Any activity that may harm the reputation of SuperTools

Upon termination, any pending commissions from valid referrals made prior to termination will still be paid out at the next payment cycle, provided they meet minimum threshold requirements.
