1. Agreement

By using gptpayer.online (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What the Site is

gptpayer provides free, browser-based tools for working with PDF and image files. The working tools process your files entirely on your own device — nothing is uploaded to a gptpayer server. No account or sign-up is required.

3. Tools marked "Coming soon"

Some tools listed on the Site are labeled "Coming soon." These are placeholders for functionality that isn't implemented yet — clicking them will not process a file. They're shown so you can see the full range of tools planned for the Site.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to process files that you don't have the legal right to use, or for any unlawful purpose, including infringing someone else's copyright, creating fraudulent documents, or processing content that is illegal to possess or distribute.

5. Your files, your responsibility

Because processing happens locally in your browser, gptpayer never has access to the content of your files and cannot review, moderate, or be held responsible for what you process. You're solely responsible for the files you choose to use with these tools and for keeping your own backup copies — always keep a copy of your original file before converting it.

6. No warranty

The Site and its tools are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. gptpayer does not guarantee that any tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Some conversions (for example, PDF compression or format conversion) can result in a loss of quality or fidelity compared to the original file.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, gptpayer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including data loss, since the Site is offered free of charge and without any service-level guarantee.

8. Third-party libraries

The Site's tools are built using open-source libraries, including pdf-lib, pdf.js, and JSZip, loaded from public content delivery networks. These libraries are used under their respective open-source licenses.

9. Changes to the Site or these Terms

gptpayer may update these Terms, add or remove tools, or change how the Site works at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which gptpayer operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
