Blur a rectangular region of a photo — a face, a license plate, or any sensitive detail — by entering the box coordinates manually. This uses manual region selection rather than automatic face detection. Add several similarly-framed photos to blur the same region in all of them.
How to use Blur Area
- Upload the image with the area you need to blur.
- Enter the X, Y, width, and height of the region, and set the blur strength.
- Tap Run to download the image with that area blurred.

Does this automatically detect faces?
No — there's no automatic face detection; you enter the box coordinates manually, so you're in full control of exactly what gets blurred.
How strong should the blur be to make something unreadable?
For text or plates, a higher blur strength (25+) is usually needed to make details truly unrecoverable; preview the result and increase the strength if any detail is still legible.
